Biosketch of the Speakers

We invite you to learn about the orthodox medical and optimum nutrition approach to endometriosis and reproductive health problems from experts who work in the field:

Patrick Holford B.Sc Dip ION
psychologist, nutritional therapist and founder of The Institute for Optimum Nutrition. Partick has pioneered the optimum nutrition approach to good health for 20 years. He is the author of 20 books including The Optimum Nutrition Bible and Food is Better Medicine than Drugs. Was a regular visitor last year on GMTV with Lorraine Kelly.
Belinda Blake DipION MBANT
nutritional therapist specialising in digestive disorders, endometriosis and other hormone-related problems. Belinda first became interested in nutrition through her own health problems, having been diagnosed with both endometriosis and 'irritable bowel syndrome' in her teens. Belinda works from clinics in both Richmond and Molesey in Surrey.
Caroline Sherlock BA(SS), Dip PT, Dip.ION MBANT
nutritional therapist specialising in women’s health, cardiovascular health, stress, weight management and researching the relationship between candida and chronic fatigue. Caroline works at a nutritional therapy clinic in Sevenoaks, Kent.
Dr. Moji Balogun MRCP, FRCR
consultant radiologist with a special interest in Gynaecological radiology. Moji works at the Birmingham Women's Hospital and is the lead cross-sectional gynaecological radiologist for the trust. Working alongside the Minimal Access Surgery team. She has a special interest in endometriosis and other benign gynae conditions.
Dian Shepperson Mills, Cert Ed, BA, Dip ION, MA MBANT MASRM MESHRE
nutritional therapist, Director of the Endometriosis and Fertility Clinic based at The Hale Clinic and Putney Clinic in London for nutrition counselling. Dian’s research interests include women’s health issues, endometriosis, sub-fertility in both male and female, premenstrual syndrome, poly-cystic ovary syndrome and menopause. She is the author of “Endometriosis: a key to healing and fertility through nutrition” published by Thorsons. Mr. Chris Mann BSc (Hons), MBChB, MD, MRCOG
Senior Lecturer in Gynaecological Oncology and Laparoscopic Surgery Dept of Gynaecological Oncology Division of Reproductive & Child Health Birmingham Women's Hospital
Chris Mann started as a Senior Lecturer in the Department in 2003 having completed his training in the West Midlands, France, Germany and the USA. He is a Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology recognised Subspecialist and Trainer in Gynaecological Oncology and Preceptor in Minimal Access Surgery. Clinical Interests: The management of pelvic pain and endometriosis.
